Ace Attorney, part 1

“Made of flour” – this is just one of the places where I had to seriously cut down the original text to make it fit in. More precisely, “main ingredient is hard flour”, so it’s not all flour.
“Scammer” – this was actually a very specific word that, as far as I know, does not have an English equivalent. It means a scammer who pretends to sustain damages or an injury caused by the victim so they can demand compensation – like putting an “expensive” fragile object where it will be knocked over by a passer-by, or stepping in front of a slow-moving vehicle. No idea how to fit all that in the speech bubble, so you’re getting a footnote.
“Not enough pages” – okay, I’m not sure about this one. It’s a literal translation of the Chinese text, but honestly, I don’t know if it actually means “not enough evidence” or if it refers to the comic running out of panels…
Hope you enjoyed it! There are more extras that I’d like to translate, so look forward to those - both AUs and little scenes from the daily life of the Dali Court.
